FGYM Privacy Policy

Effective date: 8 September 2026

FGYM is a gym member application used to access membership services, submit renewal requests, view products and orders, receive gym information, and request check-in using a gym QR code.

Information we process

• Account and identity information supplied to the gym, such as name, phone number, email address, member photo, and internal member identifier.
• Membership information, including plan, membership status, start and end dates, renewal requests, invoices, and visit history.
• Order information, including selected products, quantities, totals, and order status. FGYM does not collect payment-card details in the app.
• Fitness, workout, class, progress, or health-related information when the gym enables these features and the member chooses to provide or use them.
• Camera access only while the member uses the QR check-in scanner. Camera images are processed for scanning and are not stored by FGYM.
• Technical information necessary to operate and secure the service, such as session data and basic server logs.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate members, provide membership and gym services, process orders and renewal requests, manage check-ins, show relevant records, communicate service information, prevent misuse, and maintain the security and reliability of the application.

Sharing and sale of data

FGYM does not sell personal information and does not use personal information for third-party advertising. Information may be processed by the gym's authorized staff and infrastructure providers only as necessary to operate, host, secure, and maintain the service, or when disclosure is required by law.

Data retention and deletion

Information is retained while the membership account is active and for the period reasonably necessary for gym administration, security, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Members may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting the gym or the email below. Some records may be retained where legally required.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted HTTPS connections and authenticated access. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users aged 13–17

FGYM is intended for users aged 13 or older. Where required, a parent or legal guardian should authorize the gym membership and the processing of a minor's information. The service is not directed to children under 13.

Your choices

You may deny camera permission, although QR check-in will then be unavailable. You may contact the gym to request access to, correction of, or deletion of eligible personal information.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the application or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are made.
